Terms of service

Exams Duniya is run by Exams Duniya, a sole proprietorship owned by [PROPRIETOR NAME], at [REGISTERED ADDRESS], [CITY], [STATE] [PIN], India. In these terms “we” and “us” mean that business, and “you” means the person using the site.

• You may create an account and take tests if you are 13 or older. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian to agree to these terms on your behalf.
• Only a person aged 18 or over, or a guardian acting for you, may make a payment.
• One account per person. Accounts are personal and must not be shared, sold or transferred.
• You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for everything done through your account.

We sell access to individual mock tests. Each purchase is a one-time payment for one test. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

• The test page tells you the number of questions, the duration, the marking scheme and the price before you pay. That page is the description of what you are buying.
• Once bought, a test stays available in your account and does not expire, unless the test page says otherwise or the test is withdrawn.
• Some tests are free, and we may give access away through coupons. Free access carries the same rules as paid access.
• The number of attempts and which attempt counts towards the leaderboard are set per test and shown on the test page.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and are the total you will be charged.
• We are not registered for GST, so no tax is added to the price shown.
• Payments are taken by Razorpay. Your card, UPI and bank details go to Razorpay and never touch our servers — we only receive the result of the payment.
• Access is granted once Razorpay confirms the payment. If a payment fails, no test is unlocked.
• We may change prices at any time. A change never affects a test you have already bought.

Refunds are covered by our refund & cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.

• A test is timed from the moment you start it. When the timer runs out the paper is submitted automatically and scored as it stands.
• Answers are saved to our servers as you go. If your connection drops, the clock keeps running — the deadline is set on our side, not in your browser.
• Scores, ranks and solutions are produced by our own marking rules and are final once published, except where we correct a genuine error (see clause 7).

Everything on the site — the questions, options, solutions, explanations, images and the site itself — belongs to us or our licensors. You may use it to study. You may not:

• copy, publish, sell, or share question papers, solutions or screenshots, whether free or for money;
• record, transcribe or bulk-download our content, or use scrapers, bots or automated tools against the site;
• share your account, or take a test on someone else’s behalf;
• create more than one account, or create an account to get around a suspension;
• attempt to break, probe or overload the site, or to reach data that is not yours;
• upload anything unlawful, abusive or infringing where the site lets you enter text.

Breaking these rules can cost us the exam papers we have paid to produce, so we treat it seriously: we may remove access, suspend or close your account, and take legal action. No refund is due for tests already bought when an account is closed for this reason.

We prepare questions and solutions carefully, but mistakes happen. Our content is study material — it is not an official paper of any examination body, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any exam authority whose syllabus we follow.

If you think a question is wrong, tell us at support@examsduniya.in. If we agree, we will correct the question and may re-score affected attempts, which can change scores and leaderboard positions.

Tests have public leaderboards. If you take a ranked attempt, the display name on your account and your score appear on that test’s leaderboard, visible to other users. Your email address is never shown. If you would rather not appear, change your display name in your account or take the test as a practice attempt where the test allows it.

We aim to keep the site up, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. We may take it down for maintenance, and features may change or be withdrawn. If an outage on our side spoils a paid attempt, write to us and we will reset that attempt.

You can close your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or where we are required to by law. Financial records of purchases are kept even after an account is closed, because the law requires it — see our privacy policy.

We provide the tests as study material and do not promise any particular exam result. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — for example a missed exam, a lost seat, or lost earnings. Where we are liable, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the test the claim relates to.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If a change is significant we will tell you by email or a notice on the site. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms; the terms in force when you bought a test continue to govern that purchase.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at [CITY], [STATE] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that we may bring proceedings where you live if that is required by law.
